Le formulaire d'inscription pour la saison de septembre 2024 à juin 2025, sera disponible du 22 juillet au 30 août 2024 !

Si vous avez besoin d'aide n'hésitez pas à nous contacter, et il nous fera un plaisir de vous aider. Vous devez utiliser ce même formulaire pour inscrire la fratrie. Après cette date vous devrez nous contacter, afin de déterminer si nous pouvons accueillir votre enfant, car le ratio animateurs / participants est primordial.

*Ne pas oublier que si vous voulez profiter du rabais pour les membres, il y a un frais d'adhésion à payer et le formulaire est disponible sous la section : Devenir membre.

 

Le formulaire d'inscription doit être rempli avant le 1er du mois pour pouvoir participer aux sessions qui ont lieu au courant du mois. Les frais seront ajustés en conséquence. Cette procédure nous permet de planifier la logistique des programmes, afin d'assurer la sécurité des participants(es) que ce soit pour assurer le respect du protocole ou encore pour assurer un bon ratio animateurs/participants.

 

- Veuillez noter que nous nous réservons le droit de modifier la date de début selon nos capacités.

- Les participants(es) sont divisés en groupe d'âge, selon le nombre de participants(es) par programmes, et chacun(e) sont attribué à un animateur ou une animatrice. Une coordonnatrice est sur place pour superviser.

*IMPORTANT : Si un enfant nécessite du 2 pour 1, il y aura un frais supplémentaire ou il doit avoir son propre intervenant qui peut l'accompagner aux programmes. Si vous avez de plus amples questions à ce sujet, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter.  Merci pour votre collaboration.

Paiement des frais d'inscriptions (Vous recevrez une facture par courriel) !

• Méthodes de paiement disponibles : Virement interac (e-transfer), chèque, carte de crédit (nouveau!)

• Possibilité de payer les frais d'inscriptions en 1 ou 2 versement(s).

After this date you will need to contact us to determine if we can accommodate your child, because the facilitator/participant ratio is essential. ​

*Don't forget that if you want to take advantage of the member discount, there's membership fee to pay and the form is available under the section: Become a member.

 

The registration form must be completed before the 1st of the month to be able to participate in the sessions taking place during the month. Fees will be adjusted accordingly. This procedure allows us to plan the logistics of the programs, in order to ensure the safety of the participants, whether to ensure compliance with the protocol or to ensure a good facilitator/participant ratio.

*IMPORTANT: If a child requires 2 for 1, there will be an additional fee or they must have their own caregiver who can accompany them to the programs.
